RAD advises Credicorp on private bond issue by Menorca Inversiones
Rebaza Alcázar & De las Casas has advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros as arranger of the private placement of corporate bonds issued by Menorca Inversiones, a leading national real estate company, for up to S/38 million.
Banco Interamericano de Finanzas – Banbif acted as representative of the bondholders. The bonds were placed on 29 August.
In addition, the bonds are secured and will be used for working capital and the financing of Menorca’s new investments in various real estate projects.
The in-house lawyers involved in the transaction were Renzo Luna Urquizo for Credicorp; as well as Cecilia Condor, Cindy Ramirez and Carolina Cabero for Menorca Inversiones.
