RAD assists CINTAC in $143m syndicated loan
Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has assisted Grupo CINTAC in the aspects under Peruvian law related to obtaining a loan for a global amount of USD $143 million (approx.) granted in its favor.
Banco de Credito e Inversiones (Miami Branch), Banco Itaú Chile, Scotiabank Chile, Banco Santander-Chile, and Banco Internacional de Chile acted as lenders.
The loan is secured, among others, by real and personal guarantees granted by certain Peruvian subsidiaries of the Group.
CINTAC, a holding company of Grupo Cintac and part of Grupo CAP, is a leader in the manufacture and marketing of steel construction systems, as well as in the development and construction of modular projects, with a presence in Chile and Peru and sales in part of Latin America.
William Lazo and César Guerrero acted as in-house consultants for Grupo CINTAC.
