RAD assists in the sale of stake in Danper to Agrícola Atlas
Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has assisted a majority shareholder of Danper Trujillo, a Danish individual, in the sale of its majority stake in the company to Agrícola Atlas.
This transaction took place on 22 December. Estudio Muñiz acted as legal advisor to Agrícola Atlas.
Danper is an agribusiness company with 28 years in the market. The company is present in several countries and has farms and industrial plants in Trujillo, Chepén, Lambayeque and Arequipa. Danper produces top quality vegetables, fruits and supergrains, such as asparagus, artichokes, blueberries, avocado, quinoa and chia. The company also sells ready meals, such as quinoa, sauces and jams, among others.
Estudio Muñiz’ team consisted of partners Mauricio Olaya and Ricardo De La Piedra, senior associate Diego Muñiz and associate Diego García Sayán.
