RAD counsels Tupemesa on $15m loan
Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has counselled TUBOS Y PERFILES METALICOS- TUPEMESA, as borrower, in the negotiation of a US $15 million loan granted in its favour by Banco BBVA Perú.
The financing was finalised on 31 July and is secured by a collateral structure over, among others, certain real estate.
Tupemesa is engaged in the sale and manufacture of steel tubes and profiles and is part of the CINTAC Group, a conglomerate of the CAP Group, the leading international steel group in South America.
Roberto Novoa acted as in-house counsel for Banco BBVA Peru; while William Lazo and César Guerrero provided in-house counsel for Tupemesa.
