RAD on loans to Agrícola Andrea and Larama Berries
Rebaza Alcázar & De las Casas has advised Agrícola Andrea and Larama Berries, as borrowers, in the negotiation and disbursement of several loans.
The first transaction was two loans for an amount of USD $42 million, of which Coöperatieve Rabobank granted USD $19 million in favor of Agrícola Andrea, and BCP granted USD $23 million in favor of Larama Berries. Both loans were disbursed on Wednesday, November 13, 2023.
These loans were used to prepay existing credit facilities.
The firm also advised Agrícola Andrea in the negotiation of the secured loans for a total amount of USD $25 million granted in its favor by Banco de Crédito e Inversiones- Sucursal Miami and Banco BCI Perú, respectively. The first tranche was disbursed on November 27.
