RAD represents Camposol in extension of credit facility
Rebaza Alcázar & De las Casas has represented Camposol, as borrower, in the extension of USD $20 million to an existing credit line granted by Coöperatieve Rabobank in favour of Camposol Peru and Camposol Colombia.
The extension was formalised on 16 September. This brings the total amount of the new credit facility to USD $60 million. The new funds available under the facility will be used by Camposol to finance its working capital in Peru and Colombia.
The credit facility and its extension are backed by joint and several surety bonds provided by Camposol and Camposol Holding PLC.
The consultancy involved the negotiation of the addenda to the credit facility and the bonds.
Camposol is a multinational company in the agricultural sector, with customers in more than 40 countries and strategic commercial ties with major markets around the world.
