RE&M counsels Center Rock Capital Patners on Flanders Electric Motor adquisition
Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados and Honigman LLP have advised Center Rock Capital Partners on the acquisition of Flanders Electric Motor Service
Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima and Honigman LLP in New York have counselled US private equity company Center Rock Capital Partners on the acquisition of Flanders Electric Motor Service, which will provide it with assets in several Latin American countries. The deal was closed on 1 March, where Flanders was advised in-house.
Flanders, headquartered in the US state of Indiana, services electric motors and components, as well as automation and control systems. It also has a presence in 17 countries, including Brazil, Chile and Peru, where it serves companies in the energy, mining, marine and manufacturing industries.
Center Rock invests in US companies in manufacturing, services and industrial distribution, frequently with international operations serving local and worldwide markets.
