Rebaza Alcázar assists Mandü in the sale to Visma

Visma has acquired a majority stake in the share capital of Peruvian startup Mandü, assisted by Peruvian law firm Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas.

This transaction was closed on 17 May, thanks to an agreement between the shareholders of Inversiones Nafanto (Mandü) and Wolftech, a company affiliated to Visma.

Thanks to this operation, Mandü will be able to extend its operations to the rest of Latin America, dedicated to the development and management of Software as a Service (SaaS).

Visma is a multinational firm based in Norway, dedicated to the development and management of Enterprise IT solutions.

Rebaza Alcázar’s team was composed by partners Alexandra Orbezo (pictured left) and Alberto Rebaza (pictured right), with the support of associates Stefano Amprimo and María José García.
