Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas instructed on a $60 million hydroelectric project in Peru

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Santa Ana (EGESA) on a $60 million project for the construction and launch of a hydroelectric power plant in Peru. 

As part of the financing required, EGESA obtained a $22 million bridge loan from BBVA Banco Continental and co-financed by Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo (COFIDE)

Partners Rafael Alcázar and María Luisa Peña led the team advising EGESA.

BBVA Banco Continental and COFIDE retained the Peruvian office of Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría.
