Peruvian law firm Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas (RAD) has announced the addition of Tabata Arteta (pictured) as a partner in its Litigation and Arbitration practice. This move aims to bolster the firm’s capacity to handle complex disputes and aligns with its commitment to providing top-tier legal counsel.
Tabata Arteta is a graduate of the University of Lima with over 20 years of experience in judicial and arbitration dispute resolution. Her expertise spans civil, commercial, insurance, constitutional, administrative, and medical liability matters. Recognized by Chambers & Partners Latin America as a Band 3 lawyer in Dispute Resolution Litigation. She has also contributed as a professor at various academic institutions in Peru.
