Rebaza Alcazar recruits disputes partner from Muñiz Ramirez

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas announced that Roger Zavaleta has joined its litigation and arbitration practice group. 

Zavaleta is a graduate in law from Antenor Orrego University of Trujillo, Peru and holds Master’s Degrees in Legal Argumentation from Alicante University of Spain as well as in Procedural Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica of Peru.

He has notable experience in representing clients in constitutional, civil law, arbitration and administrative law litigation, and has participated in highly complex and sensitive matters. In addition, Zavaleta is a professor at the Constitutional Studies Center of Peru’s Constitutional Court, as well as at the Judicial Academy of Peru.

Prior to joining Rebaza Alcázar, Roger Zavaleta worked for Muñiz Ramírez Pérez-Taiman & Olaya for over 15 years and was a partner in their civil law and arbitration litigation practice group.
