Rebaza Alcazar represents Finanty in first corporate bond issue

Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has represented Finanty in the tax structuring related to the issuance of its First Corporate Bond Programme, placed for an amount of 30 million soles.

The issue was approved on February 15th by the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores. Osorio Asociados also acted as legal advisor to Finanty.

The funds raised will be used to increase the company’s economic activity.

Finanty is a company dedicated to the purchase and sale of NPL (Non Performing Loans) portfolios and to the management of collections oriented to natural and legal persons of small and medium enterprises.

Osorio Asociados’ team included partner Fernando Osorio and associate Gerardo Pajares.

Rebaza Alcazar’s team consisted of partner Victor Valdez (pictured) and senior associates Miguel Ludeña and Pablo León.
