Reis Advogados has received ISO 9001:2015 quality certification
Reis Advogados (SP) has received ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. The system aims to ensure process optimization, speed up product development, satisfy clients and achieve sustained success.
The certification process includes two phases: in the first, a certification company performs the entire analysis of the document mass; and in the second, there is the conformity analysis, in which the executed practices are verified. According to the results, the certifying body recommends and grants the ISO 9001 certification.
The objective of the certification is to prove the commitment to quality, organize actions and responsibilities, increase the competitive advantage, motivate employees, optimize internal communication, differentiate the organization in its area of activity, manage risks, and increase customer satisfaction.
