RE&M welcomes new partner
Rodrigo Elías & Medrano has announced the incorporation of Omar Martin Cordova Cordovi (pictured) as a new partner of the firm, to strengthen its Insurance and Reinsurance, as well as Aviation and Maritime Law teams.
Omar has extensive experience advising various insurance and reinsurance companies in the handling of maritime salvage, general average, collisions, pollution and collision cases, providing assistance in mediation, conciliation and litigation processes, both nationally and internationally.
Prior to his incorporation he was a partner at Osterling Abogados, Arbe Abogados and managing partner at Cordova & Asociados Abogados, as well as legal manager at Blue Key and member of the legal department of Interlog Servicios SAC.
He is a lawyer specialising in Maritime Law from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, has a diploma in Education, Finance and Corporate Law from the Universidad ESAN, studies in Maritime Law and an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton and Swansea University, respectively.
