The firm begins its operations with more than 200 startups and 30 funds as clients, including CVC funds of major banks and listed companies.
The group of founding partners, who came from highly prestigious law firms such as Veirano, Ulhôa Canto and Dias Carneiro, brings with them the experience of having participated in some of the most important deals in Brazil’s technology sector – including landmark transactions such as the sale of 99 Taxis to Didi, the IPO of Decolar.com, the sale of Beleza na Web to Grupo Boticário, and the sale of RD Station to Totvs.
