Romeiro Hermeto, Ostronoff e Malagó Advogados, or RHOM Advogados, announced the creation of the Tax department and the hiring of partner Beatriz Francis Simão (pictured) to lead it.

Beatriz has recognized experience in Tax Law, especially in taxes related to real estate activities, especially IPTU, ISS, ITBI, ITCMD, ITR and IR. In her practice area, Beatriz develops relevant and innovative theses, besides acting both preventively, in the structuring of real estate operations and tax planning, and repressively, with emphasis on personalized management of administrative and judicial litigation.

With over 10 years of experience, Beatriz Simão worked for over 6 years as head of the tax department of Bicalho & Mollica Advogados, currently Bicalho Advogados.
