RHOM hires partner to lead its new Capital Markets practice
RHOM Advogados announced the openning of its Capital Markets practice, through the hiring of the new partner Samuel Gustavo Calazans Dimbarre (pictured) as head of such lauching area.
The attorney gathers experience in two of the most prominent Brazilian law firms – Mattos Filho and Pinheiro Neto.
He has worked in the past recent years at Pinheiro Neto and also for a relevant financial institution. Samuel has experience in structured finance, securitization transacions, fund formation, fund raising, project finance, corporate finance, M&A negotiations, private equity investments and venture capital.
Samuel Dimbarre advises national and foreingrs clientes regarding complex regulatory Matters, keeping in touch with regulatory autorithies. He has also experience in debt restructuring, Financial Law and Banking, payment channels, real estate and agribusiness finance.
The new practice area reflects the firm’s service expansion strategy. The first target aims the complete legal advising to the real estate industry, which is the main expertise of RHOM Advogados. Offering such capital markets legal advising will also allow the firm to increase its service in the financial market, including financial institutions and investment funds, according to the firm.
