Ritch Mueller acts on acquisition of industrial portfolio for Thor Urbana Capital

Ritch Mueller has acted as legal counsel for Thor Urbana Capital in the acquisition of an industrial portfolio, as well as the granting of the financing by BBVA Mexico and Banorte.

The portfolio consists of 8 industrial warehouses with an area of approximately 1.6 million ft2, located in Ramos Arizpe and Saltillo, Coahuila.

This transaction was completed on 11 June. Hogan Lovells acted as advisor to the seller.

Ritch Mueller’s team was led by partner Santiago Carrillo Cattori (pictured), with support from Alejandra López Martínez, Andrea Vidal Apreza, César Alejandro González Navarro and Manola Giral Serra.
