Ritch Mueller acts on debt bond issuance by Navistar Financial
Ritch Mueller has acted as advisor to Navistar Financial on the third variable-rate debt bonds (NAVISTS 24) and its fourth issuance of fixed-rate debt bonds (NAVISTS 24-2) for a total amount of MXN$2,000 million.
The issuance was carried out under the dual programme of short and long-term revolving deposit certificates (certificados bursátiles) for a total amount of up to MXN$8,000 million.
The transaction closed on 12 April. BBVA and Scotiabank acted as underwriters.
