Ritch Mueller advises Diggit on $32M facility
Ritch Mueller has represented Mexican fintech Diggit+ in a multi-tranche receivables-backed financing facility structured through a Note Purchase Agreement. The initial drawdowns included the issuance of Class A Notes in an aggregate principal amount of USD 32.3 million and Class B Notes in an aggregate principal amount of MXN 30 million, provided by funds managed by Victory Park Capital Advisors.
The transaction is cross-border in nature, involving both Mexican and U.S. jurisdictions. Diggit+ operates in the credit card refinancing segment, one of the more active areas within Mexico’s fintech sector.
