Ritch Mueller advises Santander on loan to Urban Lab Topaz

Ritch Mueller has advised Banco Santander, as administrative and collateral agent, and the lenders, on a MXN$950 million syndicated loan facility in favour of Urban Lab Topaz.

The funds, granted on 23 August, will be used for the construction of a mixed-use real estate project in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

Ritch Mueller’s team was led by partner Santiago Carrillo Cattori (pictured), with support from Isabel Hedrosa Navarrete and Luis Ernesto Brieño Jiménez.
