Ritch Mueller assists BTG Pactual in loan to University Tower
Ritch Mueller has assisted BTG Pactual, in the granting of a syndicated loan for MXN$1,200 million in favor of Desarrolladora University Tower, for the construction of the real estate development “University Tower”.
The transaction, closed on December 6, involved the participation of
Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa as advisor to DD3 Hipotecaria, and Greenberg Traurig and Ogarrio Daguere as international and local advisors to Desarrolladora University Tower, respectively.
Ritch Mueller’s team was led by partners Gabriel Eduardo Torres Escoto (pictured left) and Federico Santacruz González (pictured right), with the support of Luis Ernesto Brieño Jiménez and Rodrigo Carreras Valle.
