Ritch Mueller assists QED in investment in Minu
Ritch Mueller has assisted QED Investors, in the investment in Minu, through the acquisition and subscription of Series A-3 Preferred Shares.
The transaction, which closed on 2 July, also involved the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands. Cooley, acted as US counsel to QED Investors, while Gunderson Dettmer advised Minu in the US.
Minu is a Mexican company that provides employee benefits to employees of various companies.
