Ritch Mueller counsels Inventa Leasing on MXN$500 million bond offering
Ritch Mueller has acted as legal counsel to Inventa Leasing in its second public offering of variable-rate debt bonds (certificados bursátiles fiduciarios) on the Mexican Stock Exchange. The offering, which closed on April 3, 2025, totaled MXN$500 million and was issued under the revolving debt program authorized by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
As part of the transaction, Atmósfera Estrategia Servicios served as the structuring agent, while Invex Casa de Bolsa acted as the underwriter.
The deal represents a significant step in strengthening Inventa Leasing’s financing capabilities and solidifying its presence in the Mexican capital markets. The issuance is not confidential, and the full value of the transaction was disclosed.
The legal team at Ritch Mueller advising on the matter was led by partner Gabriel Robles Beistegui, with support from associates Juan Ignacio Cerdá Rebora and Alonso Montes de Oca Márquez.
