Ritch Mueller in restructuring credit facility for ICEL
Ritch Mueller has represented ICEL Universidad in the restructuring of a senior credit facility with Banco Santander and HSBC, increasing the principal amount from MXN$3.7 billion to MXN$5.0 billion.
The proceeds will be used to capitalise Lottus Education for the acquisition of new entities in the same sector, including universities.
This transaction was completed on 4 November, where Galicia Abogados advised the agent and the lenders.
