Ritch Mueller in senior secured notes offering of Aeroméxico
Ritch Mueller has represented Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Apollo Global Securities, BBVA Securities, Citigroup, ING Financial Markets and J.P. Morgan Securities in connection with Aeroméxico’s offering of USD$1.1 billion of 8.250% senior secured notes due 2029 and 8.625% senior secured notes due 2031, issued under foreign law.
This transaction was completed on November 14, and involved the jurisdictions of Mexico and the US (New York). Milbank advised the banks in the US, while Davis Polk and Sainz Abogados advised Aeroméxico in the US and Mexico, respectively.
