Ritch Mueller on ABB’s jv with Niedax
Ritch Mueller has advised ABB, in its joint venture with Grupo Niedax, to integrate the cable tray businesses of both companies and offer advanced solutions to electrical contractors, distributors and integrators in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
This transaction, which closed on November 1, involved the jurisdictions of the United States, Canada and Germany. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton acted as lead counsel.
