Ritch Mueller represents Thor Urbana in acquisition of Bruma-Vinicola

Ritch Mueller has represented Thor Urbana, in the acquisition of Bruma-Vinicola, a resort and vineyard located in Ensenada, Baja California.

This transaction was completed on 24 May, with Mijares Angoitia Cortés and Fuentes y Sainz Abogados acting as counsels to the seller.

Ritch Mueller’s team was led by partners Eric Silberstein Lerner (pictured left) and Jean Paul Farah Chajín (pictured right), with support from lawyers Brenda Rogel Salgado, Carolina Villaseñor Badager, Eric Humberto Palacios Hurtado, Javier Camacho Piedra, Juan Pablo Lueje Ruiz, Manola Giral Serra, Nicolás Cárdenas Hernández, Oscar A.
