Robalino incorporates new Banking and Finance director
Ecuadorian law firm Robalino, has announced the incorporation of Rafael Serrano Maldonado (pictured) as new director of the Banking and Finance area, where he will co-lead the area with Javier Robalino Orellana, managing partner of the firm.
Rafael, who joins the firm from 1 July in the Quito office, comes to strengthen the area with more than 20 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector. Previously, he worked for more than 2 decades as assistant legal vice-president at Citigroup and the legal coordination of Citibank Sucursal Ecuador. In addition, he has provided in-house legal advice, and has served as a lawyer, administrator and liquidator of legal entities.
Rafael holds a Law Degree and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE). Quito-Ecuador.
