Robles Miaja assists Traxión in the acquisition of MEDISTIK

Bufete Robles Miaja has counselled Grupo Traxión on the purchase of MEDISTIK

 Bufete Robles Miaja has assisted Grupo Traxión, S.A.B. de C.V., a leading Mexican transport, mobility and logistics company, in the acquisition of Logística y Transporte para la Industria de la Salud, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (MEDISTIK), one of the leading fourth-party logistics (4PL) companies, which provides logistics for medicines and medical accessories through an asset-light approach.

This transaction was valued at 1.657 billion Mexican pesos (approximately USD 76 million), where the share purchase agreement was executed in March 2022, pending regulatory approvals, including from Mexican antitrust authorities. Ritch Mueller & Nicolau, S.C. acted as advisor to MEDISTIK.
