Rolim Goulart Cardoso has announced the arrival of Luana Komatsu Falkenburger (pictured) as a new partner in the Capital Markets, Project Finance and Infrastructure practice.

Luana has a law degree from USP and an LL.M in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper, as well as an LL.M from Columbia Law School (USA).

The lawyer has more than 20 years’ experience advising on complex transactions in various regulated sectors, such as energy, mining, oil and gas, logistics, health and sanitation, such as joint ventures, financing operations in both the banking and capital markets, and contracts for the implementation and operation of infrastructure projects. Its operations include issuing commercial notes, incentive and infrastructure debentures, securitizations, as well as guarantees of all kinds.
