Salaverri acts in a new issue of Generación Litoral
Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has acted as legal counsel to Generación Litoral, a company of the Albanesi Group, in the issuance of its Additional Class I Notes due 2028 and its Additional Class III Notes due 2033.
The issue was made for an aggregate nominal value of US$ 49,581,204, under the framework of its global programme for the issuance of simple negotiable obligations (not convertible into shares) for up to US$ 200,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement or value).
The Additional Notes are secured by a guarantee and payment trust, a pledge on certain assets of the company, and a pledge on 100% of the company’s shares, among other collateral.
The funds obtained will be used by the company for the construction, development and commissioning of the thermal power plant located in Arroyo Seco, Santa Fe Province.
