Salaverri and PAGBAM in new issue of Grupo ST Notes
Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has advised Grupo ST and the placement agents Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Supervielle, Cocos Capital, IOL invertironline, Balanz Capital, Banco Patagonia and Banco Santander Argentina, which individually was advised by Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen, in the issuance of the Class 13 Notes.
The Notes were denominated in US dollars at a fixed interest rate of 7.00%, issued for a total amount of USD $7,658,498 under the framework of its program for the issuance of simple notes (not convertible into shares) for up to USD $75,000,000.
Salaverri’s team was led by partner Roberto Lizondo (pictured left), with support from associates Natalia Ostropolsky, Santiago Linares Luque and Valentina Grandi.
PAGBAM’s team was composed of partner Diego Serrano Redonnet (pictured right), counsel Alejo Muñoz de Toro, and associates Joaquín López Matheu and Juan Ignacio Rodriguez Goñi.
