Salaverri counsels on two capital market transactions

Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has counselled Generación Litoral in its admission to the public offering regime of the National Securities Commission and the creation of the Global Program for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations for up to US$ 200,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement or value), and in the issuance of its Class I and Class III Notes.

The Notes were issued for an aggregate nominal value of US$ 90,310,286, which are secured, among other guarantees, by a guarantee and payment trust, a pledge over certain assets of the Company, and a pledge over 100% of the Company’s shares.
