Salaverri represents Pampa Energía in sale to Total Austral
Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has represented Pampa Energía in the sale of Greenwind’s entire shareholding to Total Austral, and in the acquisition of Total Austral’s (Argentine Branch) percentage interest in the hydrocarbon concession called “Rincón de Aranda”, located in the Province of Neuquén, Argentina.
Carolina Sigwald, Agustina Montes, Juan Manuel Recio, Maite Zornoza, Luis León and Martín Gardella acted as in-house counsels to Pampa Energía.
Salaverri’s team was led by partners Diego Salaverri (pictured left), Tomás Arnaude (pictured centre) and Elena Sozzani (pictured right) together with associates Santiago Freyre, Natalia Ostropolsky, Camila Mindlin and Carolina Colombo.
