Santamarina y Steta advises Reix Corp on RE data platform launch

Mexican law firm Santamarina y Steta advised US-based real estate data provider Reix Corp on a joint venture with Orange Investments to launch SiiLA, a subscription-based market data, analytics, and networking platform for the commercial real estate industry in Latin America.

Ciudad de MéxicoSiiLA, which stands for Sistema de Información Inmobiliaria para América Latina, was first launched in Brazil, and is the first cloud-based data platform to operate in the Mexican real estate market.

SiiLA allows users to keep up to date with commercial lease and sale transactions in Latin America, and access comprehensive information about office, retail and industrial property transactions. Subscribers can view full transaction details, and access comprehensive property statistics such as vacancy, rental rates and absorption, as well as viewing tenant composition data for individual commercial properties.


Orange Investments is a Monterrey, Mexico-based real estate investment platform that also has offices in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru.

REIX Corporation develops cloud-based data platforms for the commercial real estate industry, serving real estate investors, developers, and brokers.
