Santivañez Abogados instructed on sale of landmark Peruvian seafood restaurant

Peruvian law firm Santivañez Abogados advised the owners of Pescados Capitales, a gourmet seafood restaurant in Lima, on its sale to Civitano. 

Civitano is a Peruvian holding company which manages restaurants and franchises in Peru and Chile.

Pescados Capitales was set up in 2001 and has become one of the top restaurants in the country. It serves refined Peruvian seafood dishes on La Mar, one of Lima´s best known food destinations. Libre Albedrio and Sincronicidad, the companies behind the restaurant sold it to Civitano for an undisclosed amount.
