Santos Neto advises CRA’s issuance of Pamplona Alimentos
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Kinea Investimentos, Opea Securitizadora and Pamplona Alimentos, in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 122th issue of Opea, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Pamplona, as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 60,000,000.00.
Santos Neto relied on partner Matheus Zilioti (pictured), associates Henrique Takeda, Vitor Batista, and trainees Giovanna Bassani Bidoia and Pedro Duarte Joviliano.
