Santos Neto Advogados advised Espadarte Energias Renováveis, Empreendimentos E Participações S.A. in the acquisition of an equity stake in Trinity Energia, a group with national presence that operates in the commercialization and strategic management of energy.

The operation reflects the current moment of expansion of photovoltaic energy in the Brazilian market and demanded regulatory, tax and corporate analysis in relation to the specific investment structure and the diversity of investors.

Partners Bruno Salama (pictured left), Henrique Munia e Erbolato (pictured right) and associates Ana Beatriz Florido Cortez and Luiz Otavio Amorini de Castro participated in the transaction.
