Santos Neto advises Melnick on CRI issuance

Santos Neto Advogados acted as counsel to Melnick Desenvolvimento Imobiliário in a public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) corresponding to the 173rd issuance of VERT Companhia Securitizadora, structured in two series and totalling BRL 100 million.

The offering was backed by book-entry commercial notes issued by Melnick and carried out in accordance with CVM 160, under the automatic registration rite. Distribution of the CRIs was handled by Banco Safra.

The Santos Neto Advogados team advising Melnick was composed of partner Matheus Zilioti alongside associates Miguel Guardia Favinha, Fabrício Galvano, and Thaiany Gomes.
