Santos Neto advises on structuring of sustainability of Tereos

Santos Neto Advogados advised Rabobank and other banks and financial institutions on the structuring of the USD 143 Million Sustainability-Linked Club Deal Tereos Brasil.

The transaction’s purpose is to finance sugar exports, and to contribute to Tereos’s refinancing strategy, linked to sustainability indicators that reinforce the commitment to promote sustainable development in agribusiness.
