Santos Neto advises Polato’s CPR-F offering

Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel to Itaú BBA and Polato Sementes in the structuring of the 1st issuance and public offering of financially settled rural product notes (CPR-F) by Polato Sementes, distributed under the automatic registration procedure of CVM Resolution 160, for a total amount of BRL 142,107,000. The distribution was led by Itaú BBA.

The transaction marks the first U.S. dollar-indexed Rural Product Note (CPR-F) to be offered through a public distribution in the Brazilian capital markets.

Santos Neto Advogados relied on partner Matheus Zilioti, supported by associates Miguel Guardia Favinha, Fabrício Galvano and Thaiany Gomes, alongside trainee Julia Pedrosa.
