Santos Neto Advogados acted as business consultant, assisting Riza Asset and Virgo Cia. de Securitização, in an operation that involved 5 issues of certificates of agribusiness receivables (CRA), backed by certificates of rural financial products (CPR-F), in the total amount of R$435.4 million.
The funds raised by the pulverized debtors were obtained through the public offering of certificates of agribusiness receivables (CRA) from the 65th, 66th, 67th, 68th, and 80th issues and were subject to public distribution, according to CVM Instruction 476, to professional investors.
The Santos Neto Advogados team involved in the operation included partner Matheus Zilioti (pictured) and associate Henrique Takeda Kamoi.
