Santos Neto and Pinheiro Guimarães on CRI´s issuance of Melnick

Santos Neto Advogados advised Melnick Desenvolvimento Imobiliário on the public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) of 153th issue of VERT Companhia Securitizadora, backed by book-entry commercial notes issued by Melnick, as per CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 100 million. the distribution of CRIs was carried out by Banco Safra.
