Savin, Paiva Advogados strengthened its Environmental area with new partner Flavia Scarpinella Bueno

Savin, Paiva’s new partner Flavia Scarpinella Bueno is a specialist in the Environmental area, graduated from PUC-SP (1998). Mediator at Mediar & Conciliar Center, qualified by NUPEMEC TJ/SP. Trained in Collaborative Practices.

Flávia has extensive experience in Environmental Legal consulting, including the preparation of Legal opinions on specific topics, such as licensing and environmental compensation.

Environmental Legal assistance in sales, mergers and acquisitions of companies, with participation in multidisciplinary due diligence teams. Follow-up and analysis of bills and resolutions in progress on environmental issues of interest to the industrial, mining and infrastructure sectors.

Profound knowledge of Civil and Administrative proceedings, with strong performance and practical experience in Environmental Litigation, aiming, whenever possible, at the consensual resolution of conflicts.

The new partner is also a member of the Environmental Commission of the Central Brazilian Bar Association/SP, member of the Brazilian Committee of Arbitration – CBAR, member of the Corporate Mediation Study Group – GEMEP, coordinator of the subgroup of environmental mediation, within the working group of mediation with the Public Administration, of the initiative called “Café com Mediação”.
