SBSA Advogados strengthens its practices with a new partner
SBSA Advogados announced the arrival of Daniel C. Barbosa (pictured) to strengthen its practice in Public Law, with an emphasis on regulatory and punitive administrative law.
With a career built at the intersection of law, public management, and civil society organizations, Daniel brings a multidimensional background that combines technical rigor, institutional vision, and sensitivity to complex governance contexts.
His experience includes strategic positions in federal public administration, such as at the Ministry of Sports, as well as working as a legal manager in civil society organizations and as a consultant to UNESCO at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic. Internationally, he has conducted research at ECLAC/UN in Chile and at the European Institute of Public Administration in Spain, experiences that have broadened his understanding of public policy, regulation, and institutional development.
