Schmidt Valois promotes attorney Rodrigo Pinheiro after ten years at the firm
Tax attorney Rodrigo Pinheiro (pictured) has been promoted to partner of Schmidt Valois Advogados.
Pinheiro started his career at the firm and his promotion to partner rewards his 10 years with the firm. With his promotion, the Tax Law area of SVMFA will now have two partners – Pinheiro and João Agripino Maia. “Over the past 10 years I have had the opportunity to work with lawyers I greatly admire on infrastructure projects. Now I am looking forward to contributing to the firm in the new challenges of the digital economy.”
In his career at SVMFA, Pinheiro has excelled in tax advisory experience in domestic and international transactions in infrastructure and natural resources projects. He also represents clients in administrative and judicial litigation and has expanded his practice by assisting companies in the education, digital (streaming), and investment fund sectors.
Pinheiro holds a BA in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an MBA from Coppead/UFRJ and a specialist in Tax Law and Tax Accounting from Ibmec/RJ.
