Schmidt Valois Advogados welcomes back partner Alexei Macorin Vivan, who rejoined the firm as head of the São Paulo office

Schmidt Valois Advogados (SVMFA) welcomes back partner Alexei Macorin Vivan (pictured).

Graduated and PhD in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), CEO of the Brazilian Association of Electric Power Companies (ABCE) and Counselor of several entities of the Electric Power and Infrastructure sectors, Vivan will reinforce the Energy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Arbitration, and Litigation teams of the firm, being responsible for the São Paulo office.

According to Vivan, his more than 22 years of experience in the sector, especially in renewable energy, with participation in several corporate, financial, regulatory, and dispute matters, will contribute to the consolidation of the office as a reference in energy, natural resources, and infrastructure matters.
