Several firms advise on agreement between Baiyin and Appian

Multiple firms acted on the deal which Baiyin Nonferrous Group, a Chinese company based in Baiyin, listed in the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE: 601212) entered into an agreement with private equity firm Appian Capital Advisory to acquire its wholly owned Mineração Vale Verde operation – or open-pit copper-gold mine Serrote – , for a cash consideration of USD 420,000,000.
