Stocche Forbes and Mattos Filho advised on the transaction whereby Pachama, Inc. negociates with Patria Investimentos of a general Framework Agreement to jointly incorporate, market and advise Brazilian investments funds with the investment scope of structuring and development of Afforestation, Reforestation or Revegetation Projects with native and non-conventional exotic species, such as ecological restoration projects, natural regeneration projects, silviculture projects, and agroforestry systems projects.
